We are the fulfillment of the Universal purpose.
When the black hole takes us back again,
somewhere in the Universe, another black hole gives birth
to planets frothing with elemental seas, briny deeps
where life begins anew, cycles through forever and ever,
destiny affirmed, on the revolving Mandela of time.

To the Universe we seem just motes of dust,
no emotion is attached by stars and planets
to the miracle of sentience.
Black holes birthed the stars, the galaxies,
the Milky Way, poured across the night sky.
Earth nestling in its spiraling arms
where primordial seas and bold lightning strikes
gave birth to life that one day crawled upon
her shores to walk upright, to think, to feel.
